How to pamper your clients?
New toy! I had a lot more live-directed sessions in 2019, which I think is very fun. You get to interact with the client, and you get to understand what they are looking for. There was no camera in my booth yet, and I noticed clients were eager to see me and interested in seeing who they were talking to and what my booth looked like,...
I always sent them a picture afterward, but it's not the same. So from now on, you can see me when we do a live session! It's the small things that make a big difference!
